Booking on Play by Point (PbP)

You are not required to add players to complete a court booking.

You may proceed with your reservation even if you’re playing solo or prefer not to list your group.

However, please note:

• If you do choose to add players, each player’s name must be linked to a valid Play by Point account.
• If a player does not have an account, the system will not allow you to add them. This may cause the “Add Player” step to appear stuck or unresponsive.

To avoid delays:

• You can skip the ‘Add Player’ step and book directly for yourself, or
• Ask our staff to assist with Magic Link sign-ups for your group

Premier Courts (1,2 & 3)

• Location: On the left side of the club. After entering through the Main Entrance, walk past the Reception/Bar and you’ll see them in a row.

Presidential Court

• Location: Far right side of the club, next to the Play Court.

How far in advance can I book?

• You can book courts up to 7 days in advance. The booking window opens on a rolling basis each day.
• Example: If today is Tuesday, you can book sessions up to next Tuesday.

Can I book for today or tomorrow?

• Yes. Same-day and next-day bookings are allowed, subject to availability.
• Yes, but only if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your booking start time.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged, and club credit will be returned.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in full charges with no refund or credit.

What happens if I arrive late or don’t show up?

• Late arrivals will not receive time extensions. All sessions must end at the original scheduled time.
• No-shows will be charged in full and marked as a forfeited session. No credit will be returned.

Bringing Your Own Cake? Here’s What to Know!

• You're welcome to bring your own cake to celebrate 🎉 We do charge a RM50 cakeage fee for cakes under 1kg or groups under 8 pax, and RM80 for larger cakes or bigger groups. This covers storage, plating, cutlery, serving, and cleaning. If your group’s F&B spend exceeds RM500, we’re happy to waive it. Just let us know in advance so we can prep accordingly!
