PxP Pickleball Club – Terms & Conditions

Courts may be booked up to 7 days in advance. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Unpaid bookings will be released 48 hours prior to the original booking. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to court availability.

Free cancellation: If made 24 hours or more before the session, refunds will be in the form of club credits. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling is treated as a new booking, and the 24-hour rule applies.

Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for check-in. Late arrivals: Your session time will not be extended. All play must end promptly at the scheduled finish time.

Please:

i) Treat players, staff and facilities with respect and courtesy. ii) Keep the area clean and return all equipment after play. iii) Dress in proper court attire and non-marking footwear.
Please treat our staff with respect. PxP has a zero tolerance policy for any abusive or aggressive behavior to our staff and property damage. The booking holder is responsible for all guests under their booking.

Ball machine use requires advance booking and is non-transferable. Damage or loss of equipment due to misuse will incur charges.

Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. A Player & Guest Acknowledgment and Consent Form must be signed by a parent or guardian.
Underage drinking (below 21 years old) is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse the sale or service of alcohol to anyone under 21 years of age and to request for valid identification.

PxP is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to keep all their valuables secured and within sight at all times.

All decorations must be non-staining. Decorations must be removed 15 minutes before the end of your booking to avoid delays for the next group. Decorations must be easily removable and non-staining to avoid damaging the walls, nets and furniture.
To protect our specialized Mapei sports flooring, food and decorations should be kept minimal at courtside. We encourage hosting celebrations, cake-cutting, and main decorations at the Event Hall or Restaurant after your match. Any damages to the court or flooring will incur additional charges.

PxP reserves the right to modify rates, policies, or operating hours without notice. PxP may adjust, relocate, or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. PxP may refuse service to anyone breaching club policies or behaving unsafely.

By booking or entering the premises, you agree to all PxP Terms & Conditions and club policies. PxP reserves the right to amend pricing or policies at its discretion.

All players and guests participate at their own risk. PxP The Pickleball Club (M) Sdn Bhd will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during use of the courts or facilities. Our venue is covered under Public Liability Insurance. In the event of unforeseen incidents,
claims will be handled by our insurance provider, in accordance with policy terms. By entering or booking with PxP, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
